1. Product Overview

The WD-G1202M-RTU series Industrial powerline Ethernet bridge is a high-performance industrial power line communication product independently developed by Kunshan WonderTek Technology Co., Ltd. This series of products supports wide voltage input [DC9-36V (WD-G1202M-RTU-D01) or DC18-72V (WD-G1202M-RTU-D02)] and is compatible with a variety of mainstream communication protocol standards, including HomePlugAV2, Profinet, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP, fully meeting the communication needs of different scenarios.

At present, this product has been widely used in complex field environments of multiple industries, including railways, mining, industrial communications, airports, subways, coal mines, smart warehousing, industrial automation control, and automatic garages. Whether it is traditional wired communication or busbar scenarios, WD-G1202M-RTU has demonstrated excellent stability and reliability, providing efficient and stable communication solutions for various industrial scenarios.

4. Electrostatic Discharge Immunity

· The monitoring unit should be able to withstand the test voltage: ±6KV direct discharge, ±8KV air discharge

· According to the requirements of B/T17626.2-2006

· The monitoring unit should be able to withstand the test voltage: ±2KV between the power supply voltage break and the ground
· ±1.0KV between the signal circuit and the ground

6. Anti-vibration

It meets the MX3 level requirements of TB1433 (0~200HZ, 2g acceleration, maximum amplitude 7mm). During the test, there is no loose interface, resoldering or falling of components.

The wire diameter should not exceed 2.5mm². It is recommended to use 0.5mm² to 2mm² wire diameter cable.
